The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 9 people. One of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has step-free access. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Youth groups are not admitted. Please note that the pool is open from May - September. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
